The People's Center
With a focus on conservation and restoration, this project reshapes the entryway to the Charles Deering Estate. To replace the current parking lot, we propose a learning center placed within an existing urban space, open and accessible, where people could come together freely as they once did along the People’s Dock. This project will not be just for the Estate– it will ripple outward into the neighborhood. A park, a gathering ground, a place of learning and of rest. This is not only about architecture; it is about community and giving it space to grow.

St. Augustine House
As part of a novel and conceptual Master Plan development for a theoretical extension to St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Florida, this project focuses on the design of a Fee Simple House within the construct of its relationship to Building Type and Site Disposition according to configurations supporting the community’s urban design principles. All of the building types and project sites within the Master Plan will work together to create a cohesive built environment, which will be the primary guide for design decisions and opportunities within the project.

Miami FIsh Market
Situated along the Miami River, this project explores the design of a contemporary fish market that responds to the site’s working waterfront, tropical climate, and historical precedents. The proposal frames the market as both an infrastructure for commerce and a civic space, where the daily rhythms of fishing, trade, and public life intersect. Through a focus on openness and community, the design seeks to connect river and city while celebrating the sensory experience of seafood, water, and movement that defines Miami’s riverfront.
